• Led a cross-functional team to onboard a new scheduling system, which included overseeing system learning, testing, and training development.
• Led collaborative meetings with operational and senior leaders to address frontline cast member needs, identify challenges, and discuss solutions.
• Designed and implemented an early release process for the new scheduling system, resulting in labor cost savings of millions annually.
• Designed and deployed a Snowflake database to enable scalable, enterprise-level reporting and analytics.
